संवाद की सार्थकता इसकी अंत:क्रियामूलकता में है, अर्थात् संवाद प्रभावी और सार्थक तब होता है जब वो एकतरफ़ा न होकर दोतरफ़ा हो। यह तब संभव है जब निष्कर्ष प्रस्तुत करने और उस निष्कर्ष से सहमति-असहमति की चिन्ता से मुक्त रहते हुए समस्याओं को बहुविध परिप्रेक्ष्य में उद्घाटित किया जाए। इसलिए दिनकर के शब्दों में कहूँ, तो:
दिनकर केवल प्रश्न उठाता है,
समाधान की बात न कोई पास,
मूढ़ समस्याओं का केवल दास!
यह प्रश्नाकूलता ही स्वतंत्र सोच और स्वतंत्र निर्णयन का आधार तैयार करती है। और, इसी उद्देश्य से इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का सृजन किया गया है।
सार्थक संवाद अपने तमाम पाठ्यक्रमों और कार्यक्रमों को ऑनलाइन और ऑफ़लाइन, दोनों ही रूपों में उपलब्ध करवाता है। यह ऑनलाइन प्लेटफ़ॉर्म और यूट्यूब चैनल के माध्यम से UPSC और BPSC सहित तमाम लोक सेवा परीक्षाओं की तैयारी में लगे छात्रों के साथ संवाद स्थापित करता है। इसके माध्यम से सार्थक संवाद टीम उन प्रतिभाओं तक पहुँचने और अपने मार्गदर्शन का लाभ उन तक पहुँचाने की कोशिश में है जो किसी कारण से पटना या दिल्ली तक नहीं पहुँच सकते हैं। यह समाज के प्रति दायित्वबोध और उस दायित्वबोध के निर्वाह का परिणाम है। यह उस कोशिश का विस्तार है जो कोशिश सार्थक टीम ने अपनी पुस्तकों के जरिए की है।

Meaningfulness of Dialogue lies in its Inter-Activeness, as Dialogue can be meaningful only when it is interactive, I.e. two way, and certainly not one way. It is possible only when the issues can be discussed in a comprehensive manner along with all of its dimensions without caring for the agreement or disagreement with the conclusion. Such type of dialogue can lead towards independent thought by paving the way for development of thought process. For this, positive mindset and positive response towards doubts and questionability is necessary. This platform has been created for this purpose. We don’t give you conclusion. Instead of that, we give you dimensions, and keeping those dimensions in mind, you are free to find your own conclusion. It indicates that we don’t believe in Spoon-Feeding Culture. We believe in enabling you, so that you are able to tackle any situation, whether in the examination hall or in real life.
Through our online platform and YouTube Channel, we try to reach out those students and ensure proper guidelines, who are preparing for Civil Service Exam. and State PSC’s, but unable to afford the offline classes. We take this as an opportunity to fulfil our social responsibility. It is extension of the efforts made by the Team Sarthak through its publications and books. Hope that we will get your affection and faith as earlier and you will positively respond our efforts.
