सार्थक संवाद में आपका स्वागत है। यह संस्थान सिविल सेवा परीक्षा (UPSC, BPSC, JPSC एवं अन्य राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रहे छात्रों के लिए मार्गदर्शन उपलब्ध करवाता है। इस संस्थान, जो उस समय सार्थक IAS के नाम से जाना जाता था, की स्थापना अक्टूबर, 2007 में कुमार सर्वेश के द्वारा की गयी थी। बाद में, सन् 2018-19 में इसे सार्थक संवाद नाम दिया गया। अपनी गुणवत्ता एवं विश्वसनीयता की बदौलत पिछले डेढ़ दशकों के दौरान इस संस्था ने सिविल सेवा की तैयारी कर रहे छात्रों के बीच अपनी भिन्न एवं विशिष्ट पहचान क़ायम की है। इसकी बदौलत इसने संघ लोक सेवा आयोग, बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग और अन्य राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षाओं में हज़ारों छात्रों को सफलता की मंज़िल तक पहुँचने में सहयोगी मार्गदर्शक की भूमिका निभायी है। यह संस्था न केवल अपेक्षाकृत वहनीय क़ीमत पर बेहतर एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण कोचिंग क्लासेज़ उपलब्ध करवाती है, वरन् छात्रों के व्यक्तित्व को रूपान्तरित करने के प्रति भी प्रतिबद्ध है ताकि वे बेहतर प्रशासक होने के साथ-साथ देश एवं समाज के बेहतर नागरिक बन सकें। इसके लिए यहाँ प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा लेकर मुख्य परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार तक की तैयारी हिन्दी और अंग्रेज़ी, दोनों ही माध्यमों में करवायी जाती है। इसके लिए नियमित कक्षा के साथ-साथ प्रारम्भिक एवं मुख्य परीक्षा के समय मैराथन कोर्सेज़ (Crash Course | Quality Enhancement Program) और टेस्ट सीरीज़ की सुविधा ऑनलाइन और ऑफ़लाइन, दोनों ही रूपों में उपलब्ध है।
